ACTS (Advise, Consent, Test, Support) HIV Rapid System for Counseling and Testing Pocket Card ACTS provides a simplified system for HIV counseling and testing that works when conducting HIV testing. National Clinicians’ Post-Exposure Prophylaxis Hotline (PEPline) The PEPline provides around-the-clock expert guidance in managing healthcare worker exposures to HIV and Hepatitis B and C. Callers receive immediate post-exposure prophylaxis recommendations.

Clinical Substance Use Consultation (Subtstance Use Warmline) The Substance Use Warmline offers free and confidential peer-to-peer telephone consultation focusing on substance use evaluation and management for primary care clinicians. Consultation is available from addiction medicine-certified physicians, clinical pharmacists, and nurses with expertise in pharmacotherapy options for opioid use.
