Join Albany Medical Center and Damir Huremović, MD, MPP for their upcoming webinar.

Learning objectives include:

  • Understanding the current pandemic in the historical context

  • Recognizing unique features of a pandemic as a disaster and as a traumatic experience

  • Identifying logistical and emotional challenges associated with providing care during a pandemic

  • Recognizing the role teams and individuals play in prevention of emotional distress and burnout

  • Utilizing tools for fostering resilience and addressing traumatic stress

This program will be of interest to case managers, social workers, mental health practitioners, and other mental health counselors. Other disciplines are welcome to attend.



This activity is approved for 1.0 Continuing Education Credit. Albany Medical Center is an approved provider for Social Work Continuing Education.
