Learning objectives include:

  • Discussing the role of new medications for the treatment of HIV. 

  • Describing the potential utility of injectable medications in HIV treatment and prevention.

  • Listing common situations where HIV resistance testing can be used for HIV management.

  • Using patient cases, interpret resistance testing for individual cases and develop a treatment plan for management.
